Basic Rules

1. No cheating
2. When wishing for the dragon ballz you must email me your wish(s) so that I can say if it is ok.
3. When you walk to a location it's 5 days walking, 2 days flight and 1 day advanced flight.
4. You can only train/spar for 6 hours a day
5. When learning a technique you cannot train.
6. You must be at the same spot with the person you wish to spar with.
7. You must send me a copy of the spar so I can put the stuff on the site.
8. You must have a ship to ttravel to or from a planet.
9. Every character starts out with a PL of 100, 200 HP, 200 ki, $1000, and special items if i say so.
10. If you change directions while traveling you must add one day onto the traveling time unless you have advanced flight.
11. Earth Dragon Ballz are on Earth, Namek Dragon Ballz are on Namek and Dark Star are anywhere in the universe.
12. You must have my permission to train in the room of spirit and time and you must be on North Earth.
13. You can only wish for 20,000 credits with the Dragon Ballz
14. 1 wish from earth dragon ballz 3 wishs from Namek dragon ballz and 3 wishs from dark star, dark star can bring back more than one person.
15. When you die it takes 5 days to reach King Kai's
16. When you switch charcters you loose 1/2 of your PL any items you have on. You remain on the same alliance if you are on one when you switch.
17. There is no PL limit.
18. Instant Transmision and Teliportation can only be used once a day.
19. To get possesed you must have kill at least 12 people.
20. If a character isn't used for more than 2 months that character is removed unless that character sends me an email saying why they might not get on for more than 2 months(Ex. MY computers broken, going on family trip got grounded etc...)
21.You cannot destroy Planets.
22.If you are caught cheating you get a warning then PL is cut in half and then your booted from the site.
23. When reporting training hours, buying item etc.. give your charcters name.
24. You can only have 10 henchmen, andriods or Saibamen.
25. When wishing with the Dragon Ballz you can wish for double your PL ONLY
26. You cannot train or spar while you are traveling.
27. You cannot train or spar while traveling from planet to planet if you have a Saiyan Space Pod.
28.You may learn a technique from Shin(the owner) if you email me and i will show up at whatever time you tell me to get on.
29. You can only learn techniques from Shin that Shin knows.
30. Once you reach a PL of 10,000,000 you may create an attack. Please give a description of the attack and also that AD and Ki that it needs/does.
31. For every 20,000,000 PL you gain you may create a move.
32. You cannot train or spar while searching for an item.
